About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for a dedicated overnight shuttle route based in Carol Stream, Illinois. This position offers $29 per hour, a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, and home-daily routes. Drivers will transport palletized freight between Carol Stream, IL, and South Bend, IN, with no freight handling required.

Pay & Schedule

• $29.00 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 PM start time, approximately 4:00 AM return time
• Home daily
• Consistent, dedicated shuttle route

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer on a dedicated overnight shuttle route.
• Depart Carol Stream at the scheduled 7:00 PM start time.
• Stop at a local warehouse to pick up additional palletized freight.
• Transport freight to South Bend, IN, and return to Carol Stream by approximately 4:00 AM.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch to support timely pickups and deliveries.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• 1+ years of verifiable CDL Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and safety history
• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and time management skills
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
