TransForce is hiring full-time CDL A Flex Drivers in Jackson, MS. Earn a flat rate of $260/day ($1,300 per week) with consistent schedules, touch freight, and excellent benefits.

Position Highlights:

• Pay: $260 per day (flat rate) / $1,300 per week
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start Time: 3:00 AM - 4:00 AM daily
• Routes: Regional routes with 1-2 overnight stays per week
• Stops: 10-12 stops per route on average
• Freight:
• Flatbeds with curtain sides (hauling doors and molding — 90% molding)
• Deliver to Home Depot stores
• Touch Freight: Includes strapping and securing freight

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Handling: Touch freight using strapping methods for flatbeds with curtain sides
• Route Management: Make timely deliveries to Home Depot stores, including overnight layovers (hotel accommodations provided)
• Equipment Use: Operate automatic transmission sleeper trucks (no smoking allowed in trucks)
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment to maintain compliance with DOT regulations

Requirements:

• CDL License: Valid Class A CDL
• Experience: 1 year of CDL A driving experience preferred (training on strapping curtain sides provided)
• Transmission: Ability to operate automatic transmission sleeper trucks
• Physical Requirements: Ability to load, secure, and strap freight
• Availability: Must be available for overnight stays 1-2 nights per week (Monday and Wednesday routes)
