TransForce is hiring full-time Local CDL A Drivers in Dayton, OH. Earn a minimum of $1,305/week guaranteed — with the potential to earn up to $1600 per week

Enjoy steady pay, no-touch freight, and consistent home time. Flexibility is key as shift assignments and routes are based on availability and seniority. At least 9 months of verifiable, consistent, and recent Class A driving experience required.

Position Highlights:

• Guaranteed Pay: $1,305 per week minimum for route pay
• Earn up to $1600 per week
• Work Type: Local, home daily, no-touch freight
• Schedule:
• Routes vary, but most are Monday - Friday
• Some routes require Monday - Saturday schedules (with additional pay for the 6th day)
• Drivers bid on routes monthly, with route options improving as seniority increases
• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work any shift as assigned
• Equipment: Automatic transmission trucks

Key Responsibilities:

• Route Management: Operate Class A vehicles to complete local and regional delivery routes
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment meets DOT and safety standards
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (drop & hook)
• Driver Flexibility: Be available for any shift assignment and participate in the monthly route bidding process
