• Competitive Pay & Benefits: Earn competitive pay that includes mileage, delivery stops, warehouse hours, and delay time, with compensation based on experience. Plus, you’ll be eligible for a monthly bonus.
  
  Our pay starts at $0.52/mile. $20.00/backhaul, stop or warehouse hour, $11.00/pre-trip, post-trip and delays per hour. Pay increases based on road experience. 
   
  We also offer a monthly bonus (Performance and Safety) they would be eligible for up to $800.00.

What You'll Do:

• Drive long distances (3 to 4 nights) to deliver goods safely and on time to our customers.
• Load and unload cargo and ensure safe handling throughout transit.
• Use your route planning skills with a GPS system to navigate efficiently.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, keeping your truck in top shape.
• Maintain accurate delivery and activity logs.
• Report any road incidents or delays to dispatch promptly.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through professional and timely service.
• Stay up to date with safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a smooth and safe operation every time.
• When regular customer routes are unavailable, you will have the opportunity to take on brokerage runs to ensure consistent work.

What We're Looking For:

• Clean driving record and a proven ability to drive safely.
• Pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Must provide current MVR and a valid medical certificate.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
