Position Overview

We’re looking for dependable, motivated, and safety-focused OTR Drivers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for transporting freight across state lines in a non-CDL box truck while providing excellent customer service and representing our brand on the road.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain company-assigned box trucks (non-CDL required).

• Complete long-haul routes and multi-day trips while meeting delivery deadlines.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

• Handle freight with care during loading and unloading.

• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• 6 months minimum verifiable box truck or commercial driving experience (1 year preferred).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (no major violations in the past 3 years).

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Strong time management and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for multiple days at a time.
