? $0.02 CPM for NO PET & NO IDLE (less than 10% idle)
? $0.03 CPM Performance / Safety Bonus
? $0.03 CPM Healthcare Decline
? $0.12 CPM Bronx Pay
? $500 PRE-SCREEN / TRANSITION BONUS
