Compensation:

• Weekly Guarantee: $1,700 per week
  • Hourly rate: $34.00
  • 40+ hours per week
  • Per diem pay: $35.00 per night
    • Overnights in Ryder booked hotel
• Bonuses
  • Sign on bonus: $3,000, paid out at 30 days and 90 days
  • Tenure Bonus: Pays You $300 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter
  • Unlimited driver referral bonuses
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home weekly, including weekends
  • Typically Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday
• Route: OH, IN, MI, PA, IL, WI, MO (Midwestern & Eastern States)
  • Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel
• Load Securement & Driver Assist -Steel and Metal (No Coils) - Strapping & Tarping

Equipment:

• Trucks are 36 months or newer
• Day cabs
• Trailer Type: Flatbed 48' - 53'
• Manual transmission
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 30 miles of Columbus, OH
