Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Dedicated Truck Driver for JCPenney!

Average Pay: $1,060-$1,300 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience: Open to all CDL holders

As a Dedicated Truck Driver, you'll enjoy:

• Hauling clothing with a dry van trailer.
• Approximately 10% drop-and-hook.
• 3-4 loads each week with 2-3 stop-offs per load.
• Daily pallet jack unloading of lightweight freight.
• Driving primarily within Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Competitive mileage and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance incentives.
• Receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation process.
• Paid time off available after 6 months, along with 6 days of holiday pay annually.
• Annual bonus—earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Candidates should reside within 40 miles of Columbus, OH, Seville, OH, or Toledo, OH.
