TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck to support Local operations based in Leesburg, VA.

Long Term Flex: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri / 1st Shift / home daily
• Pay: $22 Per hour
• Route Type: Local
• Freight / Load Type: Plumbing supplies
• Equipment: Non-CDL dump truck
• Handling: Loading truck w/ bobcat, using dump truck to unload at sites

Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: Non-CDL
• Experience: 1+years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Endorsements: None
• Equipment Experience: Box truck, dump truck, or heavy duty pick-up truck
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Non-CDL Dump Truck on local routes
• Transport mulch & pine straw to different commercial and residential customer locations
• Perform required handling tasks loading dump truck w/ bobcat
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including climbing in/out of truck & bobcat
