Benefits Representative – Liberty National, a Division of Globe Life

You'll work with an existing book of business — servicing current policyholders, updating their benefits, and developing new client relationships. No cold-calling your friends and family. We provide the training, the systems, and the client base. You bring the work ethic.

What You'll Do

• Service existing policyholders and manage those relationships
• Update and enroll benefits for current accounts
• Develop new business opportunities
• Report daily field activity in our Salesforce-based CRM
• Build long-term relationships in your community

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Organized and able to manage your own schedule
• A passion for helping people and building relationships
• Sales or customer service experience a plus — not required
• Active in your community
• CRM experience helpful (Salesforce preferred)

Requirements

• Clean background check
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the US
